One twist and the belt is off.

A pin-and-hole belt wants two hands and a look down. In gloves, in the dark, or with your arms full, that is a fiddle you do not need — and the hole you actually want is always the one halfway between two holes.

This one has no holes. The webbing feeds straight through a zinc alloy buckle and is held where you stop it, so the fit is not limited to the nearest hole. To get out of it you twist the round face on the front and the strap drops free — one hand, no lever to hunt for.

It is a webbing belt for holding your trousers up and carrying light gear. It is not rated to take weight and the supplier publishes no load figure. There is more on that under Limits, and it matters.

What It Does
  • Opens one-handed: twist the round buckle face and the strap releases. No pin to line up, no lever to find with cold fingers.
  • Sets the fit anywhere: the webbing carries no punched holes, so you are not stuck choosing between one hole too tight and the next one too loose.
  • Threads a normal loop: the webbing measures 38mm across, the usual width for trouser and work-trouser loops, though loops vary and yours are worth a quick tape check.
  • Keeps the tail tidy: a sewn webbing keeper holds the loose end flat against the belt instead of letting it flap about.
  • Comes in five colours: black, khaki, army green, navy blue and dark grey, so it either disappears into your kit or matches it.
Key Features
  • Rotary release buckle: the face turns either way to release, which is what the supplier means by rotary. It is a twist, not a squeeze and not a lever.
  • Zinc alloy buckle: named by the supplier on its own spec panel. Metal is not a material, and the old listing stopped there.
  • Polyester webbing: also named on the supplier spec panel, so that is what the strap is.
  • 38mm webbing width: 38mm across the strap, with a 10–20mm manual measurement tolerance on the length.
  • Three strap lengths: 1.05 m, 1.15 m and 1.25 m total strap length. The 1.25 m is black only; the other four colours stop at 1.15 m.
  • No holes to wear out: a punched belt eventually tears at the hole you use most. There is no hole here to go.
  • Carbon-pattern face: the buckle centre carries a carbon-fibre-look insert and TUSHI branding. It is a printed pattern, not carbon fibre.
  • Soft, flexible webbing: the supplier describes the fabric as breathable and soft. It rolls up small enough to live in a crib bag or a pack lid.

Limits

This is a belt. It is worth being blunt about what it is not, because a metal quick-release buckle invites the wrong idea.

  • No load rating, at all: nothing on the belt, the buckle or any supplier panel states a tensile or working load figure. We have none to quote and we are not going to invent one.
  • Not life-safety equipment: it is not fall arrest, work positioning, rescue or climbing gear. No part of it is tested or marked to AS/NZS 1891.1, EN 358 or any other standard, and no certificate was supplied. Never use it to support, lower, drag or secure a person.
  • Do not cut it: the supplier states in writing "Don't cut or burn it." Order the length that fits — you cannot trim the tail down the way you can on some ratchet belts.
  • Lengths are not waist sizes: 1.05 m, 1.15 m and 1.25 m are the total strap length. No waist range is published for any of them, so measure before you pick one.
  • Quick release cuts both ways: the buckle is built to open fast on one twist. That is the point of it, and it is also why you should not hang anything off the front that you cannot afford to have drop.
  • Not a rated duty belt: a holster, a heavy pouch or a full tool rig puts a load on a belt, and no figure exists for what this one will carry. Treat that as untested, not as approved.
  • Tactical is a style here: this is not military or police issue and it carries no service or agency approval. The look is the look, and that is all it is.

Q & A

Can I cut it down to my size?

No. The supplier prints the instruction on its own spec panel: "Don't cut or burn it." Order the strap length that suits you and let the buckle take up the slack.

Which length should I order?

The three options in the picker (1.05 m, 1.15 m and 1.25 m) are 1.05 m, 1.15 m and 1.25 m of total strap length, not a waist measurement, and the supplier publishes no waist range. Run a tape around your waist over the trousers you would wear it with, then allow for the tail that sits past the buckle. The supplier allows 10–20mm variation on manual measurement, so do not order down to the millimetre.

Will it go through normal trouser belt loops?

The webbing is 38mm wide, which is the common width for trouser and work-trouser loops. Loops still vary, so measure yours. It is a five-second check that saves a return.

Can I hang a holster or heavy pouches off it?

Nothing states what this belt will carry, so the only honest answer is untested. If you need a belt rated to hold a loaded rig, buy one that publishes a figure. This one is for holding your trousers up and carrying light gear.

Is the 1.25 m available in every colour?

No. The 1.25 m is black only. Khaki, army green, navy blue and dark grey run in 1.05 m and 1.15 m.

Do the key clip and bottle clip in the photos come with it?

Two of the supplier photos show a webbing key buckle and a bottle buckle beside the belt, and the supplier labels every colour a set. No packing list was supplied confirming what is in the box, so the spec table lists the accessories as not specified rather than promising them. What is certain is the belt and buckle.
