Delivery Straight to Your Doorstep
Free delivery to every customer, anywhere in the world, on everything except our wind turbines. No minimum spend, no surcharges.
Wind turbines
Turbines are built to order and shipped from the factory, so delivery is priced to your door by postcode. Put your postcode in on the product page to see the sea price and the air price, and pick one at checkout. New Zealand customers: choose New Zealand on the product page and enter your four-digit postcode; freight is priced in Australian dollars and converted to NZ dollars at checkout. Remote areas, the Northern Territory, Tasmania and New Zealand's island and outlying postcodes are quoted individually — call 0400 333 898 or email Quotes@BushLine.com.au with your postcode.
Outside Australia and New Zealand
We ship worldwide and delivery is free on everything except wind turbines. Import duty, customs charges and any tax on arrival are set by your country and are yours to pay — we can't collect them for you and we don't know them in advance. Delivery times vary by country, so allow longer than the times below. Wind turbines outside Australia and New Zealand are quoted to your door before you order — email Quotes@BushLine.com.au with your full delivery address. If a supplier can't deliver a particular item to your country, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
How long it takes
We quote these times from the day you place your order, not from the day we dispatch it. That is the number that actually matters to you.
- Most gear: 10 to 14 days from the day you order. Allow up to 3 weeks.
- New Zealand: same as above for everything except turbines. Turbines to New Zealand: sea 4 to 6 weeks, allow up to 7; air about 2 weeks, allow 2 to 3 for the South Island and remote areas.
- Wind turbines by sea: 4 to 6 weeks. Allow up to 7 for WA and regional addresses.
- Wind turbines by air: around 2 to 3 weeks.
- Regional and remote addresses: allow extra time on top of the above.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are passed to the supplier within one business day, Monday to Friday, and most leave the warehouse within two. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day. You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where it ships from
Most of our gear is dispatched direct from our suppliers' warehouses in China, which is why delivery takes 10 to 14 days rather than 2 or 3. Wind turbines are built to order at the factory and shipped from there. Everything is tracked from the day it leaves.

Our largest turbines
The G-3000, G-5000, H12-2000, HPRO-1000 and HPRO-2000 ship in cartons over 2.5 metres long and are not priced by the postcode tool.
