What Thermal will Not Do
- It Sees Heat, Not Detail: it will not read a number plate or identify a face.
- It does Not See Through Things: not walls, not glass, and not dense scrub. Foliage blocks heat the same as it blocks light.
- It is Not Night Vision: if the job is seeing in the dark, night vision is the tool for it.
