• Are your solar and wind products compatible with Australian power systems?

  Yes. All our solar panels, wind turbines, and inverters are built for Australian standard voltages — 12V, 24V, and 48V DC systems, with 240V AC output where applicable. Our off-grid products are selected for performance in high-UV, extreme-heat Australian conditions and come configured for local use. Not sure which system suits your setup? • Do your security cameras work without internet or mobile signal in remote areas?

  Yes. Our remote security cameras are built for off-grid use. Many models record locally to an SD card or NVR with no internet connection required. Select units feature 4G LTE SIM connectivity, so they work anywhere with basic mobile signal — ideal for remote properties, farms, and worksites. • Are your products built for harsh Australian conditions — heat, dust, and UV?

  Absolutely. Every product in our range is chosen with the Australian environment in mind. Outdoor clothing uses UV-rated and moisture-wicking fabrics. Electronics and cameras carry IP65 or higher dust and water resistance ratings. Solar panels and wind turbines are tested for high-temperature performance. If it can't handle the outback, we don't stock it.

• What's the difference between your wind turbine options?

  We stock vertical axis wind turbines (VAWT), which are ideal for locations with variable or turbulent wind — rooftops, farms, and remote properties where wind direction changes frequently. They're quieter than traditional turbines, lower maintenance, and don't need to face into the wind to generate power. Output ranges from compact 400W units through to larger capacity systems. • Do your night vision devices work in complete darkness?

  Yes. Our night vision devices use built-in infrared (IR) illumination, which means they operate in total darkness — no ambient light required. Visibility range varies by model, with most monoculars and goggles in our range providing clear vision at 100–300m in zero-light conditions. • Are your tactical smartwatches compatible with both iPhone and Android?

  Yes. All tactical smartwatches in our range pair via Bluetooth and are fully compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Each watch connects to a companion app for GPS tracking, health data, and notifications. Specific compatibility details are listed on each product page — if you have a particular phone model and want to confirm before buying, just contact us.

• Can I get advice on what off-grid power system suits my setup?

  We're happy to help point you in the right direction — but please note, we are not electricians and do not claim to be. We can help you understand our products and what may suit your situation, but we strongly recommend you do your own research and have any system installed by a licensed electrician. Your sparky is welcome to contact us directly if they need product specifications or technical details to assist with the install.

• Are your products covered by Australian Consumer Law?

  Yes. All products sold by BushLine are covered by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides automatic guarantees on quality, fitness for purpose, and acceptable performance — regardless of any other warranty. In addition, most products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and is detailed on each individual product page. If something isn't right with your order, contact us and we'll take care of it.
