• How Long will my Order Take to Arrive?
  • Most gear arrives 5 to 10 working days from the day you order.
  • Allow 1–2 days for fulfilment.

• How are Wind Turbines Delivered, and What does Freight Cost?
  • Our turbines are built to order.
  • The X-300, M-400, M-600, M-800, L1-1000, L1-1500 and L1-2000 come with air freight to your door in Australia and New Zealand already in the price — about 2 weeks (allow up to 3 for WA and regional).
  • Not in a hurry? Tap Sea Saver on the product page: the same order by sea for less, 4 to 6 weeks (allow up to 7 for WA and regional).
  • The L2-2000, L2-2500 and L2-3000 are priced to your door by postcode: put your postcode in on the product page to see the sea price (4 to 6 weeks, allow up to 7 for WA and regional) and the air price (2 to 3 weeks), and pick one at checkout.

  1. Four models (G-3000, G-5000, H1000 and H2000), any turbine going outside Australia and New Zealand, and a few remote postcodes for our larger turbines are quoted per address — send us your address and we'll price it.

• Can a Small Wind Turbine Charge my Boat or Caravan Batteries?
  • Yes — that is what the X-300, M-400 and M-600 are for.
  • They keep 12, 24 or 48 V batteries charging at night and in wet, windy weather, when solar stops.
  • In open, clean wind — on the water, or parked on the coast — they don't need a tall mast.

  1. They help your solar — they don't replace it.
• Do Small Turbines Need a Gale to Make Power?
  • No — small turbines are built to spin fast. The smaller the rotor, the faster it has to turn to keep its blade tips up with the wind: the M-400's 1.35 m rotor runs at about 800 rpm, the M-600 and M-800 at about 500, the big G-series at 300.
  • In the manufacturer's words, the high rpm is a design necessity, not a defect.
  • They start turning at 2 to 2.5 m/s and make power right across the wind range — just less when the wind is light. What you get depends on your site and how high you mount it.
• What Voltage are your Wind Turbines?
  • It depends on the model — the voltage is on every turbine's product page.
  • Most charge a 12, 24 or 48 V battery bank through a controller.
  • Four larger models — G-3000, G-5000, L2-2500 and L2-3000 — generate at a higher voltage, and their matched controller steps it down to charge a 48 V battery bank.

• Do you Deliver Outside Australia and New Zealand?
  • Yes — we deliver worldwide.
  • Delivery is free on everything except most of our wind turbines — seven of our turbines (X-300, M-400, M-600, M-800, L1-1000, L1-1500 and L1-2000) include air freight to your door in Australia and New Zealand.

  2. Any import duty or tax charged when it arrives in your country is yours to pay.

  • It must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match its description.
