Count the Day Without a Brick on your Wrist.
A full-size smartwatch is a lot of lump to sleep in, wear under a shirt cuff or jam inside a glove. So it ends up in the drawer, and the steps and sleep you wanted to keep an eye on never get counted.
This LIGE C60 is a slim band, 19 mm wide and 11.1 mm at its thickest by the supplier's figures, with a 1.1 in (28 mm) AMOLED screen. It counts steps, logs your sleep, takes heart rate and blood oxygen readings through the day, and buzzes when a call or message lands on the paired phone. It charges from a small magnetic clip.
Straight up, because it matters: this is a fitness tracker, not a rugged outdoor watch. The supplier's own spec says "GPS: No", so there is no satellite positioning inside it. Distance is an estimate worked out from your steps, and any route map has to come from your phone, not the band. The battery is small at 90 mAh, and the water rating covers splashes, rain and hand washing, not swimming. If you want a track log with the phone left in the ute, this is the wrong tool and a GPS watch is the right one.
What it Does
- Steps & Distance: counts steps and calories, with distance estimated from those steps.
- Sleep Log: tracks sleep automatically and shows it by stage in the Keep Health app.
- Heart Rate & Blood Oxygen: timed readings through the day and night. These are reference readings for fitness, not medical readings.
- Call & Message Alerts: incoming calls, SMS, email and app notifications pushed across from the paired phone.
- 25 Sport Modes: walking, running, climbing, cycling, indoor running, yoga, weightlifting, ball sports and more.
- Everyday Tools: alarm, stopwatch, raise-to-wake screen, do not disturb, sit-too-long and drink-water reminders, and a camera shutter for the phone.
- Change the Face: the supplier quotes more than 70 downloadable watch faces, plus custom faces.
Key Features
- 1.1 in (28 mm) AMOLED Screen: 126 x 294 pixels, colour, touch operated.
- Slim Body: 44 mm long, 19 mm wide and 11.1 mm at the thickest point, by the supplier's drawing.
- Fits 130 to 215 mm Wrists: pin-buckle strap in TPU composite silicone, and the strap comes off the body.
- Light Shell: PC and ABS plastic body with a glass screen cover.
- Magnetic Charging: a clip-on charging cable with a USB-A plug, so there is no open port on the band.
- 90 mAh Battery: built in, not removable. Battery life figures are under Limits.
- Bluetooth 5.0: pairs with Android 4.4 or later and iOS 9.0 or later through the Keep Health app.
- Holds 7 Days of Data: the band keeps a week of readings between syncs.
- Delivery: Free Standard Delivery, 5 to 10 working days from the day you order. Allow 1–2 days for fulfilment. Regional and remote addresses can take longer.
Limits
It is Not a GPS Watch.
No GPS receiver is fitted. On its own the band counts steps and estimates distance from them, and that estimate drifts on rough ground, hills and soft sand. There is no route map, no track back, no satellite messaging and no SOS to a rescue service, and nobody can see where you are from this band.
It is Not a Swimming Watch.
The supplier contradicts itself here. Its written spec and one picture say IP67, its parameter panel says 3 ATM, and another of its pictures pitches the band for swimming. We are not standing behind the swimming claim. IP67 is a short-dunk test and 3 ATM covers rain and splashes, neither of which is a swimming rating. Rain, sweat and washing your hands are fine. Do not swim, shower or dive in it, and keep it out of hot water.
The Health Numbers are Reference Only.
The heart-rate and blood-oxygen figures are reference readings for fitness, not medical readings. This band is not a medical device, and no reading it shows should drive a medical decision. If something feels wrong, ring a doctor, not your wrist.
The Battery is Small.
It is a 90 mAh cell. The supplier prints "up to 21 days" in one picture and "up to 10 days in typical use" in another, both as printed. How long yours lasts depends on how many alerts and timed readings you switch on.
It will Not Make or Take Calls.
The supplier's attribute list mentions answering and dialling calls, but no speaker or microphone is listed anywhere in its specification, and its written feature list shows call alerts only. Treat it as a notifier, not a phone on your wrist.
It is Not Built for Knocks.
The body is plastic with a glass screen cover, and no drop, impact or toughness rating is given. It suits everyday wear. For a long day on the tools, a rugged watch with a stated rating is the better pick.
Q & A
Will it Track my Walk if I Leave the Phone Behind?
It will count your steps and estimate the distance from them. With no GPS inside, there is no route line and no accurate distance on rough ground.
Can I Swim or Shower with it?
No. The ratings printed are IP67 and 3 ATM, and neither is a swimming rating. Splashes, rain, sweat and hand washing only. Take it off first.
How Long does the Battery Last?
The supplier prints up to 10 days in typical use and, elsewhere, up to 21 days. The cell is 90 mAh, so more alerts and more frequent readings mean more charging.
Which Phones does it Work with?
Android 4.4 or later and iOS 9.0 or later, over Bluetooth 5.0, using the Keep Health app.
Does it Take my Temperature?
Some of the supplier's pictures show a skin-temperature screen, but its written specification does not list it, so we are not promising it. Even where it shows, wrist skin temperature is not body temperature, and the band is not a thermometer.
What Languages does the Band Show?
English is supported. The supplier's lists of the other languages differ from one another, so treat anything beyond English as not confirmed.
Can I Swap the Strap?
The strap comes off the body. The fitting size and any replacement straps are not specified by the supplier.
