The screw is tiny. The screwdriver is the problem.

The UHF goes quiet halfway through a trip and the fault is behind eight screws the size of a grain of rice. The only driver in the kit is a flat blade one size too big, so the first head chews out and now the radio is shut for good. Gear you cannot open is gear you cannot fix, and out bush that means doing without it until you are back in town.

Precision work is not about power. It is about the tip matching the head, and about turning the screw without the bit skating off it. This is a pen-sized electric driver with separate forward and reverse buttons, three LED lights ringed around the bit collar so you can see down into a housing, and S2 steel bits in the odd shapes manufacturers use to keep you out.

It runs a built-in 330mAh lithium cell charged over USB Type-C, turns at 200 r/min and puts out 0.35 N.m. That is a precision figure and it is meant to be — enough to wind a case screw home without stripping the plastic, nowhere near enough for a decking screw. If that is the job, this is the wrong tool and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What It Does

• Opens the small gear: phones, laptops, drones, action cameras, UHF sets, head torches, watch backs, glasses hinges and dash trim screws.
• Winds both ways: forward and reverse sit on their own buttons, so a screw comes out and goes back in without swapping anything over.
• Lights its own hole: three LEDs sit around the bit collar and throw light from every side, so the bit does not cast a shadow straight into the screw head.
• Reaches down deep holes: in the 62-in-1 set, 12 of the 48 bits are lengthened to 45mm for recessed and narrow spaces.
• Charges off any USB: Type-C port in the base and the cable is in the box, so it charges off a laptop, a power bank or the ute.
• Keeps the bits in order: every set comes in a tray or case with the bit size printed under each slot, which is the difference between finding a T6H and hunting for it.

• Handle option has none: the cheapest option is the driver and USB cable only. The supplier's own image says NO BITS across it in red.
• Repair kit extras: depending on the set — tweezers, plastic and metal pry tools, a suction cup, a SIM card pin, a magnetiser block and a magnetic screw mat.

Limits

Here is what this driver will not do. None of it is a reason to skip it — it is what stops you buying it for the wrong job.

• Not a drill: 0.35 N.m is a precision figure. Decking, framing, masonry, gate hinges and coach screws are all a long way past it. Keep a proper drill driver for those.
• No torque clutch stated: the supplier prints one torque figure and no adjustable setting. Treat the output as fixed and finish by hand on anything fragile.
• Not for live electrical work: nothing on the tool or its packaging is marked insulated, VDE or 1000V, and no electrical standard is printed on it anywhere. Isolate the circuit first and do not treat the handle as protection.
• No certificate sighted: the supplier prints no CE, RCM or any other conformity mark on the artwork, and supplied no certificate. This page therefore makes no compliance claim at all. If a job requires a marked and certified tool, this is not one.
• Piece counts include accessories: 62-in-1 and 120-in-1 are total item counts, not bit counts. The real bit numbers are in the table below.
• Charge and run time unknown: the supplier states the battery capacity but publishes no charge time and no run time per charge. Both rows say so rather than guessing.
• Hand turning not stated: the supplier does not say whether the driver can be turned by hand as an ordinary screwdriver when the battery is flat, so we are not claiming it.
• Battery is sealed in: the cell is inside the body and is not user replaceable. When it stops holding charge, the handle is finished.
• Magnetism only stated on one set: the supplier calls the 48-bit set magnetic. It says nothing about the 24-bit or 100-bit sets, so neither do we.

The 28-in-1 holds 24 bits. The 62-in-1 holds 48 bits in 19 types. The 120-in-1 holds 100 bits on ten labelled strips. The handle option holds none. Everything else making up those numbers is accessories — the case, tweezers, pry tools, mat and so on.

Will it drive ordinary screws around the shed or on the ute?

No. At 0.35 N.m it suits small fasteners in electronics, watches, glasses and trim. Anything going into timber, steel or masonry needs a drill driver. Pick this one for the fiddly gear and keep the big driver for the big screws.

USB Type-C in the base, cable supplied, off any USB source. The cell is 330mAh. The supplier publishes no charge time and no run time per charge, so there is no figure here to quote — the spec table says so plainly rather than inventing one.

Can I use it on live wiring?

No. Nothing on this tool is marked insulated or tested to any electrical standard, and no standard is printed on it. Isolate the circuit before you touch it. This is a repair driver for small fasteners, not an electrician's tool.

Which set suits me?

If you already own bits and just want the powered handle, take the handle option and read the NO BITS warning as gospel. For phone, drone and camera work the 28-in-1 covers the common heads. The 62-in-1 adds the long 45mm bits, security heads and the repair accessories in an alloy case. The 120-in-1 is the one to take if you are pulling apart other people's gear and cannot predict the head.
