Refund Policy & Process

Refund Eligibility Our refund policy applies to items returned within 30 days of purchase that meet our Return Policy conditions (unused, original packaging, shelf-ready).

  • Change of Mind: Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
  • Faulty Items: If an item has a major problem (is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or faulty), you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our Perth warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Rejected: If the item is returned damaged, dirty, or missing parts (not due to our error), we reserve the right to grant only a partial refund or reject the return entirely.

Processing Times (Where is my money?) Please note that refunds can take some time to appear in your account due to bank processing times.

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take 3-7 business days before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@BushLine.com.au.

Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded for "Change of Mind." (This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the sale item is faulty).

Exchanges We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., a different size), send us an email at Support@BushLine.com.au for instructions.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All Sales are final.

We do not offer exchanges. Ensure you purchase the correct sizes, colors, and items at checkout.

We can cancel or change an order if it has not shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Shelf ready unused & unwashed in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. You can return Item if its faulty and item is not as described.

3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products like clothing & apparel that is wrong size so please read sizing instructions and be sure of your size before ordering.

4. When you order, double check the item in drop down menu before placing order for example if you order item that has for example: remote control or no remote control a return or refund won’t be issued if you ordered one without remote control but actually wanted one with remote control. Check your order before placing.

Electrical & Installation Warranty (Important) For safety and warranty purposes, all Wind Turbines, Solar Controllers, and technical electrical equipment must be installed by a qualified specialist (e.g., a licensed electrician).

  • Incorrect Use/Installation: We strictly do not accept returns or provide refunds for items damaged due to incorrect use, DIY installation, or improper wiring.
  • Proof of Installation: If you are returning an electrical item as "faulty," you may be asked to provide proof of professional installation (such as an electrician's invoice) to validate the warranty.

Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To complete your return:

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed to do so.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted

Return Shipping

After contacting us via email & upon accepting your return you will be sent confirmation e-mail with return address as it will vary depending on your location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged send us an email at support@bushline.com.au. If you have received incorrect item, you can have it exchanged or a refund will apply.
