Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within an normally show in your account approx 3 days after.

Late or missing refunds (Follow steps below if applicable):

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bushline.com.au

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please insure correct address when making order as address can’t be changed once processed. If you provide wrong address when ordering and goes to wrong address we are not responsible and a refund won’t be issued.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. You can return Item if its faulty and item is not as described.

3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products like clothing & apparel that is wrong size so please read sizing instructions and be sure of your size before ordering.

4. When you order, double check the item in drop down menu before placing order for example if you order item that has for example: remote control or no remote control a return or refund won’t be issued if you ordered one without remote control but actually wanted one with remote control. Check your order before placing.


Additional non-returnable items:

Some health and personal care items, change of mind, No receipt, incorrect use, or application of product, for example get qualified person to wire you wind turbine, if you did it yourself and you are not specialist no return or refund.


To complete your return:

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed to do so.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted

Return Shipping

After contacting us via email & upon accepting your return you will be sent confirmation e-mail with return address as it will vary depending on your location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged send us an email at support@bushline.com.au. If you have received incorrect item, you can have it exchanged or a refund will apply.
